In this one-hour class, Steffi, who holds a Masters of Science in Nutrition, will dispel much of the overwhelming information around healthy fats, carbs, and proteins, and present the basics of eating a balanced, whole-foods diet. We will then focus in on protein: how much do you need and what are good sources? Animal products will be discussed, as will plant-based options. We will have the opportunity to sample a few things, and you will leave with a packet of high-protein recipes.
